At Drone Soccers, we do not offer refunds or returns for general purchases. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@dronesoccers.com with clear photo evidence. We will review your case and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Cancellation and Return Requests

• We do not accept cancellations or returns after purchase for reasons other than product damage or defect.

• If you contact us within 48 hours with valid proof of damage or defect, we may arrange for a replacement at our discretion.

Conditions for Claims

To be eligible for assistance, please ensure:

• You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• You provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

• The product is unused and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Goods unsuitable for return by nature (e.g., items that deteriorate rapidly).

• Items unsealed after delivery that affect hygiene or health protection.

• Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returning Goods

If a return is approved, you will be given instructions on where to send the product. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. It will be replaced in 7-15 Days.
